What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, postcode and anything you write in the message field. We collect this because we cannot quote for work without it. We also record which page the enquiry came from.

With your consent, we use cookies to measure how the site is used. You can decline these and the site will work exactly the same.

What we do with it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and carry out work if you go ahead. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

Your enquiry is stored in our customer management system so we can keep track of the work. GoHighLevel, our customer relationship management system, operated on our behalf by KOPA Marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted after 24 months. Records relating to work we have carried out are kept for six years, which is the period we need them for tax purposes and for dealing with any guarantee claim. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will do so unless we are required to keep them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@gghbuildingservices.co.uk and we'll action it within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
